Leadership coaching
For over 13 years I’ve help leaders connect to themselves. To their inner resources, inner strengths, to their unique capabilities. And – because leadership is relational – to better connect with their teams. (That’s when my ORSC systems coaching helps.) Because, when leaders are connected to themselves AND their teams, that’s when they are empowered to fully step forward to create meaningful and lasting difference not only in the team, but potentially in the wider organisation too. Typically I start with the Leadership Circle Profile, a 360° tool a truly breakthrough assessment that quickly surfaces what’s helping or hindering their leadership, thus accelerating the impact of the coaching. Mostly virtual, but in-person might be possible.
Leadership development and facilitation
For more than 10 years I’ve worked with my partners on many diverse groups of leaders from numerous global corporates, in AMER, EMEA and APJC, on programmes up to seven months. Some focus on senior leaders, some female leadership, some on rising stars – but all have been profound, experiential programmes focusing on building authentic, resilient, courageous and inclusive leaders. Virtual and in-person.
Instructional design
I have extensive experience built over 10 years in instructional design in both virtual and in-person programmes – from concise 1-hour webinars to extensive 7-month leadership development programmes. I enjoy the creativity of defining the key learning points, of crafting the narrative, of developing bespoke experiences and materials to sit alongside – no surprise given my 20+ years in marketing communications.
