What qualities and skills do I bring?
I have a range of skills and qualities to support you in your coaching or facilitation programmes:
Ease: With every email and conversation with my partners, I aim to bring ease and calm so this be a piece of work you enjoyed working on and one you’re proud of.
Delivery: Being a senior coach and facilitator, I’m a safe pair of hands you can trust to deliver your programme as intended. Highly experienced in in-person and virtual delivery, I can easily and quickly get to grips with your programme, it’s essence, outcomes and exercises to quickly hit the ground running in delivering it.
Design: I can design too. With over 5 years of instructional design experience ranging from shorter 1-hour masterclasses, three-day in-person workshops to investment-heavy multi-format 6-month programmes across numerous client organisations and geographies, coupled with 20 years in marketing communications experience, I can bring my wide and deep design and storytelling skills to your project.
Client management skills: You can trust me with your clients. With over 15 years in account management in the creative industries I know how to build client relationships, bring clients with you and also be firm with them when you want me to.
Commercial acumen: I can converse with clients on their business needs. Having worked at a senior level in many commercially-driven organisations and having completed an MBA too, I have strong business and commercial awareness.
Responsiveness: A crucial quality in a co-lead and associate role. I will always respond rapidly, concisely and with clarity allowing you to quickly move forward with your work.
Flexibility: With your clients’ worlds moving fast, I appreciate we need to be flexible. I will always do my very best to bend and flex to ensure your programme happens as desired by you and your clients.
Honesty and transparency: To aim for the very best, I will always share my perspective even if it might be slightly different to yours, all the while knowing the client is your client and every decision yours.

Wanting to know what you want from me too, we’ll have a conversation on our agreement so we’re aligned on all this and how we want to be together in the design process and in delivery.
In delivery my style is friendly, empathetic, inspiring, enthusiastic about the material, concise and clear in explanations. When needed I’m able to express myself with authority and care, while allowing for other perspectives too. I’m also spacious so we can lean into each other… finishing each other’s sentences. I also bring lightness to this work so it’s an enjoyable experience for us and your clients!
